In order to order from us, you must provide LILY NOCHES EUROPE BV also trading under the name PSluxuryleather  with some personal data during the Customer Account application process. Make sure they are correct and up to date. You can choose to enter a password so that there is also a ‘My Account’ environment available for you. Choose a secure password and do not pass it on to anyone else. The next time you place an order, you don’t have to re-enter your details. If your details change, please make sure that you change them before you place your next order. We protect your data professionally on a secure server.


The prices of all our products are shown on our website after you have logged into your Customer Account. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms will be prepayment. Payment takes place through our Payment Solution Provider PAY.NL or by bank transfer. All prices mentioned on the website are in Euro’s and are excluding VAT. When submitted, the order is binding.

In case of otherwise agreed payment terms the following conditions apply:

Default interest of 5 % per month will be charged after the due date in the event of non- payment. Lily Noches Europe BV may postpone delivery of orders or cancel orders by written notice and without incurring any liability for this if the customer is in arrears with payment . Lily Noches Europe BVreserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not made on the due date. Any financial loss that Lily Noches Europe BV incurs as a result hereof shall be compensated fully by the customer.


LILY NOCHES EUROPE BV reserves the ownership of the delivered goods until full payment is affected by the customer. All costs incurred in connection with the enforcement of the retention of title shall be paid by the customer.


The goods shall be delivered in accordance with ICC Incoterms 2010 EX WORKS unless otherwise has been agreed in writing.We deliver your order to the address you provided during the ordering process. Changing the delivery address is only possible before your order has been processed by LILY NOCHES EUROPE BV. You can add a different delivery address in your Account, after login. We do not allow delivery addresses in another country than the invoicing address. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can track your order online.


Any complaint on non-conformity shall be submitted in writing and must be received by LILY NOCHES EUROPE BV no later than eight (8) days after delivery or – if delayed – expected delivery of the goods. In the event of non-visible damage, the complaint shall likewise be submitted no later than eight (8) days from  when the defect or deficiency could have been ascertained upon careful inspection. If a part of the order is not delivered or is delayed or if part of the order is defective or deficient, the order may only be cancelled for this part of the order. Any complaint must be specific, documented and contain a precise specification on the contents of the complaint. No returns will be considered without prior written approval by LILY NOCHES EUROPE BV In the event of non-conformity LILY NOCHES EUROPE BV shall not be liable for any direct or indirect business interruption loss, loss of profit, or any other consequential loss whatsoever. In any event, the maximum liability shall be equal to repayment by LILY NOCHES EUROPE BV to the customer of the payment made for the delayed or defective part of the order.

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. But because service is an important pillar of LILY NOCHES EUROPE BV we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution in case of disputes.
